Living the dream in sunny Las Vegas
Meet your Salesforce dream team
We won’t bore you with stories of Dylan as a tiny tot, playing with her Disney dolls while Nichole ran the family business from home (alongside Dylan’s sister Cameron).
Instead, we’ll fast-forward to 2021. We were both working as real estate appraisers in an increasingly crazy pandemic real estate market. We’re talking shrinking fees, high-pressure situations, and exhausting, 12-hour days. Ever been there?
We wanted OUT. So, we found a way. When we heard about Salesforce Admin jobs in a podcast, we felt like someone had shown us a one-way ticket to the Bahamas.

As iconic as Kris and Kim (with way less drama)
That’s why we created Admin Accelerator. We wanted to offer a better, funner way to master Salesforce. Because getting certified shouldn’t be so dang hard. And we truly feel passionate about helping other women find the ease, joy, and work-from-anywhere bliss of a Salesforce career.

But it could have been sooo much easier
Real talk: We both failed the Salesforce Admin certification exam. Twice. NOT because we didn’t prepare. Nichole, especially, is a deep-dive analyst — she researched ALL the things when prepping for the exam. But nothing we found online really helped. Trailhead was disjointed. Udemy classes were useless. And so-called Salesforce pros were more expensive than expert at teaching us the skills we needed to know. Plus, none of these resources felt tailored to us: women who are smart, ambitious, and self-motivated… AND who maybe watch Summer House with a bag of popcorn before bed. Two things can be true, right?!
